Oxurion ontvangt transparantiekennisgevingen van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC

Leuven, BELGIË, Boston, MA, VS – 30 oktober 2023 – 8u00 CET Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussel: OXUR), een biofarmaceutisch bedrijf dat de volgende generatie zorgstandaard oogheelkundige therapieën ontwikkelt, met klinische activa in vasculaire retinale aandoeningen, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het, in overeenstemming met de Belgische transparantiewetgeving¹ , de volgende transparantiekennisgevingen heeft ontvangen:

Oxurion ontving op 27 oktober 2023 een eerste transparantiekennisgeving van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 20 oktober 2023 124.268.139 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 2.879.124.260 aandelen bezat en dus boven de drempel (3%) kwam door de verwerving van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Zie bijlage 1.

Oxurion ontving op 27 oktober 2023 een tweede transparantiekennisgeving van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 23 oktober 2023 31.523.659 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 2.879.124.260 aandelen bezat en dus onder de drempel (3%) kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Over Oxurion
