Oxurion ontvangt transparantiekennisgevingen van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC

Leuven, BELGIË, Boston, MA, VS – 1 december 2023 – 19u00 CET Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussel: OXUR), een biofarmaceutisch bedrijf dat de volgende generatie zorgstandaard oogheelkundige therapieën ontwikkelt, met klinische activa in vasculaire retinale aandoeningen, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het, in overeenstemming met de Belgische transparantiewetgeving¹ , de volgende transparantiekennisgevingen heeft ontvangen:

Oxurion ontving op 22 november 2023 een eerste transparantiekennisgeving van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 13 november 2023 0 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 3.112.043.514 aandelen bezat en dus onder de drempel (3%) kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Zie bijlage 1.

Oxurion ontving op 29 november 2023 een tweede transparantiekennisgeving van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 17 november 2023 241.545.893 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 3.489.458.972 aandelen bezat en dus boven de drempel (5%) kwam door de verwerving en verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Zie bijlage 2.
