Oxurion ontvangt transparantiekennisgeving van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC

Leuven, BELGIË, Boston, MA, VS – 21 augustus 2023 – 19u00 CET Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussel: OXUR), een biofarmaceutisch bedrijf dat de volgende generatie zorgstandaard oogheelkundige therapieën ontwikkelt, met klinische activa in vasculaire retinale aandoeningen, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het, in overeenstemming met de Belgische transparantiewetgeving¹ , de volgende transparantiekennisgeving heeft ontvangen:

Oxurion ontving op 18 augustus 2023 een transparantiekennisgeving van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 11 augustus 2023 24.748.561 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 1.937.849.876 aandelen bezat en dus onder de drempel (3%) kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Zie bijlage 1.

Over Oxurion
