Oxurion ontvangt transparantiekennisgeving van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC

Leuven, BELGIË – 2 0 januari 2025 – 18u00 CET Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussel: OXUR), een biofarmaceutisch bedrijf met hoofdkantoor in Leuven, België, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het, in overeenstemming met de Belgische transparantiewetgeving¹ , de volgende transparantiekennisgeving heeft ontvangen:

Oxurion ontving een transparantiekennisgeving op 16 januari 2025 van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 13 januari, 2025 812.202 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 3.638.344 aandelen bezat en dus boven de drempel (20%) kwam door de aankoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten.
