Oxurion ontvangt transparantiekennisgeving van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC

Leuven, BELGIË – 23 februari 2024 – 19u00 CET Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussel: OXUR), een biofarmaceutisch bedrijf met hoofdkantoor in Leuven, België, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het, in overeenstemming met de Belgische transparantiewetgeving¹ , de volgende transparantiekennisgeving heeft ontvangen:

Oxurion ontving op 22 februari 2024 een eerste transparantiekennisgeving van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 12 februari 2024 0 (nul) aandelen van de toen uitstaande 4.395.256.072 aandelen bezat en dus onder de onderdrempel (3%) kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Zie bijlage 1.

Oxurion ontving op 22 februari 2024 een tweede transparantiekennisgeving van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 15 februari 2024 543.478.260 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 4.938.734.332 aandelen bezat en dus boven de drempel (10%) kwam door de verwerving van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Zie bijlage 2.
