Oxurion ontvangt transparantiekennisgeving van Negma Group

Leuven, BELGIË, Boston, MA, VS – 2 december 2022– 19 uur CET Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussel: OXUR), een biofarmaceutisch bedrijf dat de volgende generatie zorgstandaard oogheelkundige therapieën ontwikkelt, met klinische activa in vasculaire retinale aandoeningen, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het in overeenstemming met de Belgische transparantiewetgeving¹ , een transparantiekennisgeving heeft ontvangen na de uitgifte van nieuwe aandelen op grond van de kapitaalverbintenis die met Negma Group is aangegaan.

Oxurion ontving op 1 december een transparantiekennisgeving van Negma Group Ltd. waaruit blijkt dat het op 25 november 13.602.734 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 205.714.419 aandelen bezat, en dus onder de drempel 10% kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Zie bijlage 1

Oxurion ontving op 30 november een transparantiekennisgeving van Negma Group Ltd. waaruit blijkt dat het op 24 november 39.764,705 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 205.714.419 aandelen bezat, en daarom de drempel van 15% overschreed op grond van de verwerving van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Over Oxurion
