January 19th, 2022 - OVS S.p.A., a leading company in the Italian clothing market under the OVS, UPIM and STEFANEL brands, announces that, as part of a reorganization and enhancement of some company departments, Matteo Molon will be appointed head of the Digital Business department, which includes e-commerce and Customer Relationships Management. Matteo Molon has a remarkable background in the retail sector and will refer directly to the CEO of the Group.

OVS S.p.A. further announces that Ismail Seyis, head of marketing and international development, will leave his position in the upcoming March to pursue new professional challenges abroad, after more than 6 years of fruitful collaboration with the Company.
