Key information regarding share split resolved on 16 February 2021

At the extraordinary general meeting of Otovo AS held on Tuesday 16 February 2021, it was resolved to split the shares in the company in the ratio 1:10. The share split will be implemented in VPS prior to the commencement of trading of Otovo AS on Euronext Growth on 19 February 2021. Following the completion of the share split, there are 102,531,520 shares in the Company, each with a par value of NOK 0.005.
