Capital increase and primary insiders’ share subscription

Reference is made to the message published 5 March 2021 regarding the Otovo board of directors’ decision to issue 1,292,920 shares under the company’s share option programme and 1,116,200 shares under the company’s share purchase programme.

The capital increase related to these share issues was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on 23 April 2021, increasing the total share capital of Otovo from NOK NOK 512.657,60 to 524.703,20.

The following primary insiders subscribed for shares under the two share issues:
