Reference is made to the announcement made on 4 June 2021 when the Otovo Board of Directors resolved to issue 397,776 shares under the authorisation given at the company’s general meeting on 15 December 2020 to new participants in the employee share purchase programme (“ESPP”). The capital increase has now been registered in the register of business enterprises.
