The following primary insiders have bought shares in Otovo AS on 11 and 14 June 2021:

Simen Fure Jørgensen (through Simvest AS): 29,478 at NOK 13.0

Andreas Bentzen (through Beacon Group AS): 18,000 at average price of NOK 12.716

In addition, Otovo’s largest shareholder Axel Johnson has bought 410,000 shares at NOK 12.9 through its wholly owned subsidiary AxSol AB. The CEO of AxSol AB, Johan Bergström, is Axel Johnson’s representative on the board of directors of Otovo.
