New General Managers in Italy and France and option awards

Otovo is pleased to announce two new general managers

In France, Jean Rosado will join In Sun We Trust as general manager by the end of May. He comes from the position as deputy general manager for Flixbus, and has a background in consulting, notably with Bain & Company. Rosado also has many years of experience from aircraft sales. He has an MBA from Insead, an MSc in aerospace from Technische Universität Berlin and an MSc in engineering from the University of Toulouse. Rosado replaces In Sun We Trust founder David Callegari who will step down on July 15th.

In Italy, Fabio Stefanini started in the position as general manager on February 23rd. Stefanini joins Otovo from Uber, where he has led the new mobility vertical in Italy since its debut and before that we led Amazon’s online grocery vertical from inception to more than 100 million euros in yearly turnover. Stefanini holds an MBA from SDI Bocconi and the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, in addition to a degree in management engineering from the University of Bologna.

Rosado and Stefanini have been rewarded 200.000 options each under a previously announced employee option program and in accordance with Otovo’s policies.
