Dear Sir/ Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Ayussh Sanghi (DIN: 07102280) Independent Director of the Company has vide his resignation letter dated February 24, 2025, resigned from the Board of the Company with immediate effect, on account of personal reasons and other pre-occupations.

The details required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMDI 4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are also enclosed as Annexure A.

The resignation letter with reason as indicated is enclosed as Annexure B. Mr. Ayussh Sanghi in his resignation letter has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than the one mentioned in the letter.
