Dear Sir/ Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Moxit Modi, Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') of the Company has vide his resignation letter dated June 2, 2026, resigned from the position of CFO of the Company, on account of personal and family commitments and he will be relieved from his duties effective end of business hours of June 2, 2026.

It may also be noted that Mr. Moxit Modi will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under the provisions of Section 203 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchanges effective from the close of business hours of June 2, 2026.

The detailed disclosure required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended read with SEBI master circular no SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is annexed herewith as Annexure A.

Further to the above communication, the Company vide this letter, is also submitting the Notice of resignation received from Mr. Moxit Modi as Annexure B.
