Jaan Ivar Semlitsch, President & CEO of Orkla, has today, 17 February 2021,

bought 6,500 Orkla shares at an average price of NOK 79.60 per share. The shares

were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Semlitsch

and related parties own 59,327 shares in Orkla.
