Procia Invest AS, a related party to Liselott Kilaas, acting chair of the

board, has on 22 May 2026 bought 2,500 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK

106.20 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Following this transaction, Kilaas and related parties own 26,400 shares in

Orkla.
