Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 9 May, in connection with Orkla's former management

option programme, 35,000 options in Orkla-shares were

exercised. 15,000 options were exercised at a strike

price of NOK 33.88 per share, and 20,000 options were

exercised at a strike price of NOK 40.03 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options

issued in Orkla shares under the management option

programme is 1,442,500. Orkla owns 1,660,635 treasury

shares.
