Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 10 May, in connection with Orkla's former management option programme,

12,500 options in Orkla-shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 33.88 per

share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares under

the management option programme is 1,430,000. Orkla owns 1,648,135 treasury

shares.
