Orkla ASA : Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 23 May, in connection with Orkla`s former management option programme,

30,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 39.86 per

share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares under

the former management option programme is 10,813,000. Orkla owns 2,898,106

treasury shares.
