Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 12 June, in connection with Orkla`s former management option programme,

60,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised.

20,000 options were exercised at a strike price of NOK 38.88 per share, 20,000

options were exercised at a strike price of NOK 39.86 per share and 20,000

options were exercised at a strike price of NOK 45.03 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares under

the management option programme is now 10,023,000. Orkla owns 2,108,106 treasury

shares.
