Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 27 May and 7 September 2021

regarding new bond issues.

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on 1 October 2021 approved the

base prospectus with appendices prepared by Orkla ASA in connection with the

listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange of the

Company's 4 new bond issues:

· ISIN NO0011013708 - Green Bond FRN 2021-2028

· ISIN NO0011013716 - Green Bond 2.4425% 2021-2031

· ISIN NO0011095499 - FRN 2021-2027

· ISIN NO0011095507 - 2.20% 2021-2029
