Changes in Oriola Management Team

Sari Pohjonen, M. Sc. (Econ), has been appointed Oriola Corporation’s Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Oriola Management Team. She will
report to Elisa Markula, President and CEO of Oriola Corporation.

Sari Pohjonen has worked at Fiskars Group in many financial positions during
2008-2013 and 2016-2021, most recently as Group CFO and Deputy to the CEO.
Pohjonen has also been CFO at Reima Group and Vice President, Finance and Group
Control at SanomaWSOY.

Sari Pohjonen will start in her new position on 8 November 2021.

Oriola’s President and CEO Elisa Markula will act as an interim leader of
Business Area Consumer and Managing Director of Kronans Apotek as of 13
September. Resignation of Anders Torell, Vice President of the Business Area
Consumer, was published on 30 August 2021.
