Ltd., Registrars and Share Transfer Agents having Regd. Office at 3A, Auckland Place,7[th] Floor, Room No. 7A & 7B, Kolkata- 700 017, W.B., India pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the Company for the period from 1[st] October, 2020 to 31[st] March, 2021 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per Regulation 40(9) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 by M/s Orient Beverages Ltd. and based on the information provided by the Company, hereby certify that the Company has delivered during the half year ended on 31[st] March, 2021.

• A) Share Certificates(s) relating to the Share Transfer Deeds received if any, during the period from 1[st] October, 2020 to 31[st] March, 2021 as entered in the Memorandum of Transfers has been issued within thirty days of lodgment for transfer, transmission, sub-division, consolidation, renewal, exchange or endorsement of call/ allotment monies from respective date of lodgment of each deed excepting those rejected on technical grounds.

• B) Share Certificates in respect of requests for exchange of duplicate and split certificates, if any, have been issued within thirty days of lodgment.
