Sub: Clarification regarding delay in submission of disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 Ref: Exchange Communication dated April 24, 2026

With reference to the above, this is in continuation of our earlier submission under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, regarding the appointment of Shri Raj Kumar Singh (DIN: 07237275) as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from April 22, 2026.

In this regard, we note the observation raised by the Exchange pertaining to the delay in submission of the disclosure within the stipulated timeline of 12 hours from the effective date of appointment.

We would like to submit that the delay was primarily due to circumstances arising from restrictions on movement and parking of vehicles across Kolkata, pursuant to Traffic Notification No. TP/18 dated April 22, 2026, issued in connection with the visit of the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India to the city on April 23 and 24, 2026 for "Election Campaign". A copy of the said notification is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal and reference.

Due to these restrictions, access to our office premises was disrupted, and normal operational and infrastructure facilities were slightly affected. This resulted in an unavoidable delay in completing and submitting the required disclosure within the prescribed timeline.

We hereby resubmit the disclosure along with this clarification for your consideration. We sincerely regret the delay and assure you that the same was unintentional and not deliberate.

The Company remains committed to ensuring strict compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and is taking necessary steps to strengthen internal processes to avoid such occurrences in the future.

KOLKATA POLICE NOTIFICATION

In pursuance of the communications received from the office of the Chief Electoral Officer, West Bengal vide No. 5625-Home(Elec.) dated 21.04.2026 and No. 5680-Home(Elec.) dated 21.04.2026, the earlier Notification issued by this office vide Memo No. 7621/RPT + Enclo. dated 21.04.2026 regarding restrictions on the use of motorcycles/two-wheelers, with effect from 06:00 hrs of 27.04.2026 till completion of the election process, is hereby modified to the following extent:

That motorcycles/two-wheelers being used by service providers such as Ola, Uber, Zomato, Swiggy and similar home delivery agencies, as well as office-going riders carrying valid identity cards, shall be exempted from the said restrictions, subject to verification.

It shall be published for wide publicity through print, electronic and social media, Kolkata Gazette, Kolkata Police Gazette and by affixing copies on the Notice Boards of the Office of all Divisional Deputy Commissioners of Police, all Police Stations and the offices of Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

In view of the public safety and convenience in connection with visit of the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India to the city of Kolkata on 23.04.2026 and 24.04.2026, I, Ajay Nand, Commissioner of Police, Kolkata, in exercise of powers vested in me under Section 115, 117, 122 & 126 M V Act, 1988 and Section 62, 62(1b) of Calcutta Police Act./39, 39(1b) of Calcutta Suburban Police Act read with Rule No. 85, 86, 87, 88 & 93 of Rules for the Regulations of Traffic in Calcutta and Suburbs and under sub-section(1) of Section 4 of the West Bengal Traffic Regulations Act, 1965 (W B Act XV of 1965) read with Govt. of West Bengal Home (Transport) Department Order No. 7605-WT, dated the 20th July, 1965 and Govt. of West Bengal Transport Department Notification No. 3363-WT/3M-34/99, dated the 29th April, 1999, do hereby order that movement and parking of vehicles for the city of Kolkata shall be regulated in the following manner notwithstanding any other orders in force on 23.04.2026 and 24.04.2026.

Movements of all types of Goods Vehicles shall be restricted in the city of Kolkata within 1) Kolkata Police jurisdiction on the following roads from 16.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs on 23.04.2026 and again from 08.30 hrs to 16.30 hrs 24.04.2026 or till the journey of the VVIP is over, in addition to the normal restrictions on those days.

(i) From 16.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs on 23.04.2026 -

Howrah Bridge - Brabourne Road Flyover - Brabourne Road - B B D Bag East - Old Court House Street - Govt. Place East - 2nd Hooghly Bridge - K P Ramp - K P Road - Red Road -Netaji Statue - R R Avenue - Lok Bhawan South Gate - Lok Bhawan.

(ii) From 08.30 hrs to 16.30 hrs 24.04.2026 -

Lok Bhawan South Gate - R R Avenue - Red Road - Kings Way - Strand Road -St. Georges Gate Road - Hastings Ramp - Hastings Crossing - U Turn - Ghora Pass - K P Road - 11 Furlong Gate - Lovers Lane - Hospital Road - Hospital Road East - AJC Bose Road - AJC Bose Flyover - Maa Flyover - E M Bypass - Ultadanga New Flyover - Dhalai Bridge.

Movement and parking of Vehicles of all descriptions and Carts of all descriptions including $2)$ Tram Cars shall be regulated or restricted on the roads and approaches during the times & dates as mentioned above according to the programme of the VVIP as and when considered necessary.

All Kinds of Heavy Goods Vehicles shall be restricted to ply in and around Lok Bhawan from 3)

16.00 hrs on 23.04.2026 upto 16.30 hrs on 24.04.2026.

The road stretch from Govt. Place East & Esplanade Row East Crossing to Old Court 4) House Street & BBD Bag South Crossing (both bound) will remain fully closed from 16.00 hrs. on 23.04.2026 to 11.00 hrs on 24.04.2026.

Vehicular traffic may also be diverted from any of the arterial roads and feeder roads by the 5) Traffic Police on duty as and when considered necessary, according to the programmes of the VVIP.

These Notifications shall be enforced in addition to the other normal restrictions on those $6)$ days, which are not repugnant to above.
