SmartTrans Completes Cancellation

Following shareholder approval at the General Meeting held on 15 February 2018, the cancellation through selective reduction in SmartTrans Holding Limited (ASX:SMA) has been completed. The Company cancelled the relevant 85,000,000 shares on 14 March 2018.

Attached for immediate release is a lodgement copy of the ASIC form 484 noting the cancellation of the shares.
