ASX ANNOUNCEMENT – ORCODA LIMITED (ASX: ODA) QUARTERLY UPDATE

Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA) (‘Orcoda’ or ‘the Company’), a leading provider of AI powered transport technology solutions, is delighted to provide a quarterly update summary, including details on six new multiyear Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contracts signed with clients across Australia and New Zealand during Q1 FY26 and up to the date of this release.

First Quarter Highlights:

• Group revenue was $5.4 million (unaudited) up 43% on previous quarter.

• Group cash receipts from customers were $5.1 million up 28% on the previous quarter.

• Working Capital available $4.2m (made up of cash and finance facilities)

• Strong Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth to circa $5.3 million.

Six New Multiyear Contract Details:

Orcoda has signed multiyear SaaS contracts with the following clients:

1. Your Living Centre – Community Transport (3 years)

2. Transcord– Community Transport (3-year term: 1+1+1 structure)

3. Waikato Regional Council – New Zealand Government Authority (3 years)

4. SGS Logistics – Freight and Logistics (2 years)

5. Rubbergem – Freight and Logistics (3 years)

6. Zoom Freight – Freight and Logistics (3 years)

Each contract includes monthly license fees and upfront implementation services. The total revenue from these contracts is circa $400,000.

Transport and Logistics Division (inclusive of Future Fleet) increased ARR by $300k from circa $5 million to circa $5.3 million.

Resource and Infrastructure Division (inclusive of TBG) increased its revenue by 40%, up from $2.38 million in last quarter FY25 to $3.34 million (unaudited) in first quarter FY26.

Payments to related parties during the quarter were $210k encompassing Chair and Executive Director fees.
