Lodgement of Late Appendix 3X

Attached to this release is a late Appendix 3X for Director Mr James Canning-Ure. The Appendix 3X was regretfully not lodged last week as the result of an administrative oversight.

Orcoda Limited’s directors are mindful of their obligations to assist the Company to comply with its continuous disclosure obligations including obligations imposed under Listing Rule 3.19A.

The Company considers this late notice to be an isolated incident.
