SmartTrans Holdings Limited advises that two companies, Tandragee Pty Ltd and Coolgardie Units Pty Ltd, have sold 10,200,000 shares and 8,000,000 shares respectively in SmartTrans Holdings Limited.
These companies are associates of two directors of SmartTrans, J Forsyth AM and A Forsyth.
SmartTrans has been advised that these shares were sold to repay loans used by these companies to take up their entitlements in the rights issues conducted by SmartTrans in 2006 and 2010 and to provide a minor amount of working capital.
Appendix 3Y notices will be lodged by the company today.
