New SaaS Transport Management Contract

Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA) (‘ Orcoda ’ or ‘ the Company’ ), the integrated smart technology company in transport logistics optimisation and transport infrastructure, is pleased to announce that its whollyowned subsidiary Orcoda Healthcare and Transport Logistics Pty Ltd has signed a SaaS contract with Mini-Tankers Australia Pty Ltd, a part of the Refuelling Solutions® group of companies.

Refuelling Solutions is a leading nationwide provider of direct-to-site fuel delivery services and fuel management services in Australia. It operates a substantial fuel tanker fleet to ensure fast, efficient and flexible 24/7 delivery schedule anywhere in Australia for its customers across a variety of industries.

The Orcoda Logistics Management System ( ‘OLMS’ ) provides fleet scheduling optimisation software solutions to support the management of Refuelling Solutions’ fuel transportation operations. Orcoda will develop a custom order booking request platform for Refuelling Solutions. OLMS also includes the Orcoda Driver app which provides Refuelling Solutions’ fleet drivers with value-add features such as real-time updates and route optimisation, and the Notification app which allows Refuelling Solutions’ customers to monitor the status of their orders real-time.

The SaaS contract has an initial minimum term of three (3) years with renewal option. The Company’s forecasted revenue for the initial term of the contract is between $700,000 and $850,000, comprising initial booking platform development, implementation and training fees, and monthly license fees. As part of the contract, in phase 2 OLMS will be further integrated into Refuelling Solutions’ enterprise systems subject to a separate scope to be agreed in due course.
