COVID 19 Operational and Financial Update

As has been the case with many companies, Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA) (‘Orcoda or the Company’) has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Subsequently our healthcare logistics business unit, known as the People Transport Logistics division, has been negatively affected. The sale of licences have not proceeded to contract execution as a direct result of the COVID-19 situation.

Our other business units continue to operate on a business-as-usual basis:

• Our Healthcare Logistics SaaS platform has been unaffected to date by COVID-19

• Transport Logistics SaaS platform is also operating business as usual

• Resource Logistics is still tendering on projects and is unaffected by COVID-19

As a result of the recent shortfall in the Healthcare Logistics division licence sales, our March 2020 quarter consolidated revenue will be down by 65% to 70% compared with the December 2019 quarter. In the last few weeks we have been able to rapidly reduce overhead expenses which ensures that we remain financially strong and ready for the upturn in the Healthcare division when it occurs.
