Long term Victorian Government Contract for Mt Buller Ski Resort

Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA) (‘Orcoda’ or ‘the Company’), the resources, healthcare, and transport logistics optimisation company, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Resource Connect Logistics has signed a nine year contract made up of a five year term plus two additional two year options with the Mt Buller & Mt Stirling Resort Management Board, to provide Guest Transit Services and Rideshare services to Mt Buller Ski Resort customers during the yearly ski seasons.

The contract revenue value is approximately $2 million – $3 million per annum or approximately $20 million - $30 million if the contract runs full term of nine years and we will be using Orcoda technology developed for our resource projects, healthcare projects and specifically developed platforms for Mt Buller to deliver the project.

With the ski season officially starting on June 22[nd] , the Orcoda team look forward to working closely with the team at Mt Buller and the team at Busfleet (who are a Key Supplier to Orcoda supplying all buses and drivers) to ensure all customers are efficiently moved around the mountain during our seven day a week two shifts a day operations.

Geoff Jamieson, Orcoda Managing Director said; “Mt Buller has the largest ski lift network in Australia. It is the closest ski field to Melbourne and fields a seasonal calendar of high profile international events that draws skiers and spectators from near and afar. Orcoda was awarded this long term contract to provide transport services by the Mt Buller Resort because Orcoda management have a proven history of effectively managing high volume transport requirements, with long term customers, across multiple industries, whilst utilising best in class efficiency and optimization software. We also had multiple customers that have been willing to vouch for our skills and reliable service levels. COVID-19 restrictions may have an effect on our achievements this ski season but the nature of this agreement should provide long term benefits to the customers of Mt Buller Resort and Orcoda stakeholders.”
