Research and Development Tax Refund Received

Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA) (‘Orcoda’ or ‘the Company’), the logistics optimisation company working in the resources, healthcare, and transport sectors, is pleased to announce that two of the Company subsidiaries have received in total, R&D tax refunds amounting to $439,972. The incentive recognises the innovative R&D activities undertaken by the Company during the financial year ending 30 June 2018.

Orcoda is highly supportive of the Australian Government’s R&D tax incentive program which encourages companies to engage in R&D innovation that has the potential to generate economic benefit for Australia.

Commenting on the refund, Orcoda Managing Director Geoffrey Jamieson said: “The R&D tax incentive plays a pivotal role in supporting innovation in our three divisions of Healthcare Logistics, Transport Logistics and Resource Logistics, particularly for our people transport healthcare logistics business and our resource logistics projects supporting our innovation for shutdowns. The refund enables Orcoda to continue to improve and innovate its software and solutions and to continue to grow its revenue base in the three sectors”
