Two Contracts with Key Partner Opturion Pty Ltd

Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA) (‘Orcoda’ or ‘the Company’), the resources, healthcare, and transport logistics optimisation company, is delighted to announce that it has renewed its licence and support contract with Opturion Pty Ltd (“Opturion”). Opturion is recognised as a global innovation leader in applied optimisation AI solutions and a key provider of intellectual property that resides within the Orcoda Logistics Management System (OLMS).

The Company is also pleased to announce that Opturion and Orcoda have further entered into a separate binding teaming agreement. The teaming agreement allows the Parties to combine their respective strengths and bid for larger deals whose scale may have been unattainable without the combined efforts of both Parties.

Opturion remains one of the Orcoda’s most valued and loyal business partners. The two companies have enjoyed a sustained and enduring relationship.
