Placement Announcement

Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA) (‘Orcoda’ or ‘the Company’), the logistics optimisation company operating in the resources, healthcare, and transport sectors, is pleased to announce a placement to three sophisticated investors, raising $1,050,000 at 16 cents per share. The placement provides for the issue of 6,562,500 new shares. The share issue will be taken from the Company’s Listing Rule 7.1 placement capacity.

Orcoda expects to issue the placement shares in the coming days following receipt of funds. The additional working capital will be applied to continue the growth of the healthcare, transport and resources businesses.

Orcoda Managing Director, Geoffrey Jamieson, said, “We are pleased to be now in a growth phase with all divisions expanding their revenue base through our committed sales and marketing funding initiatives.”
