28 August, 2017: SmartTrans Holdings Limited (ASX: SMA) (SmartTrans or the Company) confirms that it has completed a Placement of new shares as announced on 31 July 2017.

A total of $600,000 was raised, up from the $500,000 originally reported, with new funds committed from one new strategic investor. The terms of the additional $100,000 are the same as the original $500,000 placement. An Appendix 3B is attached.
