SmartTrans Holdings Limited (ASX:SMA) ( SmartTrans or the Company ) refers to its recent announcements regarding the acquisition of Resource Connect Holdings Pty Ltd and iCuro Pty Ltd ( Acquisition ). The parties have agreed to extend the date for completion of the Acquisition to 31 January 2018, to facilitate satisfaction of the remaining conditions precedent, including completion of a $5 million capital raising.
