Placement to fund marketing and promotion of mobile telephone lottery and software applications in China

SmartTrans Holdings Limited ( SmartTrans ) announces that it is in the process of making a placement of 35,714,285 shares at 0.7c each to sophisticated and exempt investors to raise gross funds of $250,000 ( Placement ). The Placement funds will be applied to working capital, and to:

• marketing and promoting SmartTrans’ MyLife suite of mobile telephone software applications and mobile lottery services in China;

• marketing of SmartTrans’ application distribution sites and lottery and sports betting sites including: www.mylife365.cn; www.mylifeonlione.cn and www.mycaipiao.cn; and

• other projects under contemplation with China Mobile including the distribution of mobile telephone software and applications both in China and in other markets.
