Placement

SmartTrans announces that it is in the course of making a placement of 35,714,283 shares at 0.7c each to Lydian Enterprises Pty Ltd (Chief Executive Officer: Zhenya Tsvetnenko) and another sophisticated investor. The placement will raise gross funds of $250,000 to provide working capital.

SmartTrans welcomes the continued involvement of Mr Tsvetnenko as a strategic investor. He has successfully pioneered mobile telephone technology and premium mobile messaging services across the globe.

SmartTrans worked with the Zhenya Group of Companies to complete the development of the www.MyLifeOnline web site and the two companies have established a jointly-owned company in Hong Kong to provide Internet and Mobile Telephone software services to consumers in the People’s Republic of China.

Mr Tsvetnenko’s innovative internet marketing techniques and industry experience are currently being used to maximise take up of the MyLifeOnline product in China with positive results.
