SmartTrans Placement
SmartTrans, in accordance with an agreement made in January 2008, has completed a placement of 4,800,000 fully paid ordinary shares to Hong Kong Investment company, New Wave Enterprise Limited, at 6.0 cents each.
New Wave Enterprise made this investment in support of SmartTrans’ expansion of its intelligent transport systems and services in China. New Wave will support SmartTrans Olympics software services in Beijing and plans to introduce the SmartTrans technology to Logistics and Transport management contacts throughout the region.
New Wave Enterprise has offices in Hong Kong, Beijing and Sydney and invests and operates in the logistics and transport sectors in Asia.
