Placement of Shares

SmartTrans Holdings Limited’s negotiations for a foreign company to take a placement of up to 15% of its capital have not yet concluded.

The Board of Directors of the foreign company has given approval in principle for that company to take up the placement but has sought additional information before making a final decision.

SmartTrans is in the process of supplying the additional information and expects a final decision to be made within the next few weeks.
