Change of Company Secretary

Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA) (‘Orcoda’ or ‘the Company’) wishes to advise of the appointment of Mr Julian Rockett as Company Secretary, effective today. Mr Rockett replaces Ms Sally McDow.

Mr Rockett was previously Company Secretary of Orcoda Limited but had to stand down for personal reasons on 16th November 2020. He has an extensive background in corporate secretarial and corporate governance in multiple industries.

Mr Rockett will be responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters, pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.

This ASX release has been approved by the Board of Directors.
