ASX ANNOUNCEMENT – ORCODA LIMITED (ASX:ODA)

Geoffery Jamieson appointed CFO

Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA) ( ‘Orcoda’ or the ‘Company’ ), the resources, healthcare, and transport logistics and transport services optimisation Company, is pleased to announce that Managing Director (“MD”) Geoffrey Jamieson has been appointed by the Board to take on the joint role of MD and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Mr Jamieson has been appointed to replace Greg Khan who has resigned for personal reasons as CFO effective the 13[th] June 2021.

Mr. Jamieson, previously held the role of CFO of the Company from March 2018 to March 2020, 12 months of that time in the dual role of Managing Director and CFO prior to Greg Khan being appointed. Geoffrey will be supported in the role of CFO by a very competant Financial Controller, who has a Masters Degree in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Finance. Mr. Jamieson will take on the joint MD & CFO role as an interim measure until the Company identifies a suitable CFO.

Greg Khan said, “I would like to thank the Board of Orcoda Limited and the Managing Director Geoff Jamieson for giving me the opportunity to work with Orcoda over the past 2 years, firstly as a consultant, then moving into the CFO role from March 2020. We have all worked tirelessly to position Orcoda and its divisions for growth opportunities whilst delivering operational efficiency solutions across a spectrum of existing and new clients. For personal reasons I will be pursuing other interests once a seamless transition is completed and I thank the management and staff for all their efforts during this time and wish everyone at Orcoda the very best for the years to come.”

Geoff Jamieson, Orcoda Managing Director said: “Greg has been a great member of our team and is leaving for personal reasons, but will remain available as a consultant if we require his expertise. The Board of Directors and myself wish him the best in his future pursuits ”
