New CFO Appointment

Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA) (‘Orcoda’ or ‘the Company’), the logistics optimisation company working in the resources, healthcare, and transport sectors, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Greg Khan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.

Greg has previous experience as a CFO within an ASX listed company ASX:ALQ (formerly ASX:CPB), as CFO of Reward Distribution with a turnover in excess of $100m where he was head of the Finance/Admin/IT, as part of the executive management team reporting directly to the CEO, managing 29 employees in Finance/Administration and IT. He was also previously Financial Controller of Metroll Group of Companies in Queensland with a turnover in excess of $100m.

Greg has a degree in accounting from Central Queensland University and holds the following affiliations:

MIPA – Member, Institute of Public Accountants. AFA – Member, Institute of Financial Accountants. AIMC – Affiliate, Institute of Management Consultants. MQJA – Member, Queensland Justices Association. SMSFA – affiliate member, Self-Managed Super Fund Association JP (Qual) – Justice of the Peace Qualified

Orcoda CFO, Greg Khan, said, “I am committed to working closely with our Managing Director Geoff Jamieson and ensuring together with our other staff members we grow our people and asset transport logistics business units into a large enterprise in Australia.”
