RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA) (‘Orcoda’ or ‘the Company’) wishes to advise that effective 25 March 2019, Mr Warren Preston has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Board for personal reasons. Mr Preston will remain in his executive position as General Manager of Resource Logistics and assist with ongoing day-to-day management of the business. He will remain a Director of the Company subsidiaries.

Mr Preston is a substantial shareholder of the Company who controls 9.8% of Orcoda’s shares. An applicable Appendix 3Z will follow.

The Board would like to thank Mr Preston for his valuable insights and contributions during his tenure as an executive director of Orcoda.
