Director Resignation

SmartTrans Holdings Limited (ASX: SMA) (‘SmartTrans or the Company’) announces that Mr. Bryan Carr has decided to step down from the Board as a non-executive director to pursue other interests.

Mr. Carr has served as both an executive and non-executive of the Company for 15 years including 10 years in China. The Board thanks Mr. Carr for his contribution to SmartTrans.

Non-Executive Chairman Mark Vaile AO said: “Mr. Carr has made a valuable contribution to SmartTrans and has served to strengthen the Company’s reputation and standing during his time with the company. We thank him very much for his commitment and wish him well with his next venture.”

Bryan Carr added: “I wish the company all the best for the future and believe it is well equipped and positioned for success.”

Following Mr. Carr’s resignation, SmartTrans has a Board of Directors with a substantial range of skills and experience. It will therefore not seek to replace Mr. Carr.
