Board Changes – Mr Nicholas Johansen

The Directors of SmartTrans (ASX:SMA), Chairman Hon Mark Vaile AO and Executive Directors; Geoffrey Jamieson, Warren Preston and Brendan Mason, are pleased to announce that following a meeting of the Board today, Mr Nicholas Johansen has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of SmartTrans Holdings.

Nick is a founding partner of Cozens Johansen Lawyers, a boutique law firm based in Darwin. For the past 10 years Nick’s primary focus has been advising listed and private companies on resource and energy projects. His clients are project proponents, contractors, financiers and major shareholders. This work includes advising on and negotiating commercial transactions ranging from project development and procurement to Government approvals and regulation. Nick has also regularly acted in business and property transactions on behalf of private companies and individuals as well as ICT procurement. Nick is a Non-Executive Director of Armadale Capital PLC an AIM listed investment company.
