29 November 2016: SmartTrans Holdings Limited (ASX: SMA) (SmartTrans or Company) advises that at the Annual General Meeting held on 24 November 2016, Mr Ian Hawkins retired by rotation as a director in accordance with the Company’s Constitution and because of his growing business interests, decided not to stand for re-election.
