ANNOUNCEMENT**

RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

SmartTrans Holdings Limited (ASX: SMA) advises that Ms Leanne Ralph has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company, effective from 11 September 2015 replacing Mr David Thomson.

SmartTrans welcomes Ms Ralph who has considerable experience as a Company Secretary and has a Bachelor of Business, a diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and sits on the Governance Institute of Australia’s Corporate and Legal Issues Committee.

The company appreciates the contribution of Mr Thomson over the last two years during what has been an important growth phase for the business.
