Appointment of new Company Secretary and change of registered office

Smart Trans Holdings Ltd is pleased to advise that it has appointed Mr David Thomson to the role of Company Secretary of the Group, effectively immediately.

David has over 15 years Finance experience in large publicly listed and private companies.

David replaces Mr James Laurie who has left the employ of Smart Trans to pursue other interests. The Board would like to thank Mr. Laurie for his valuable contribution over the past 22 years as a former Director and more recently General Manager and Company Secretary.
