NOTIFICATION OF RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR

Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA) (‘Orcoda’ or ‘the Company’), the transport logistics and transport services optimisation company announces that effective from 17 December 2020, BDO Audit Pty Ltd (BDO) has been appointed as auditor of the Company. The appointment allows for a local Brisbane based audit firm (BDO) to take over all audit responsibilities for the Company.

In accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001, the Company has received the resignation of RSM Australia Partners (RSM) and ASIC’s consent to the resignation.

In accordance with s327C of the Corporations Act 2001, the appointment of BDO Audit Pty Ltd as the auditor of the Company and its controlled entities will be recommended by the Board for ratification at the Company’s next annual general meeting. The Company thanks RSM for their services.
